Green Beans, Rice, Onion, Garlic, Cow/Beef Meat, 7 Spices, Black pepper/Cayenne, Lemon juice, Salt
Heat the olive oil in a large skillet and add the chopped onions. Fry the mixture until the onion changes color
Add the minced meat to the onions, and wait until it’s well cooked.
After 10 minutes
Add the water, the spices, the lemon juice, the salt and the garlic. Mix it well all together.
At this point, you may start with Step 5
After 20-30 minutes
Add the green beans, then leave the mixture cooking for an extra 20-30 minutes.
Cook the rice separately.
Serve the meal, the rice and the beans together. Bon appétit.
